I am not an athlete; I am not a trainer, I coach. Carlas fitness journey began after the birth of her daughter 29 years ago. A career in the modeling business, and looking fit and fabulous were definitely requirements for her. However, one of the gifts from her pregnancy was 50 pounds. She had to get the weight off if she wanted to continue working as a model. With a lot of hard work she lost the weight and continued modeling for an additional 10 years. As time went on she found her passion and purpose in fitness. She began to work for some of the elite fitness clubs in Los Angeles area. She worked her way up from sales, to fitness consultant and then management. In time an opportunity came her way to work for celebrity trainer, "Jeanette Jenkins/ The Hollywood Trainer." She became her right hand person and managed her company for seven years. Now begins a new chapter. Recently she opened my own company, "Fab N Fit By Carla."
