We say we love God so quickly and with little hesitation, but love is an action verb. It means we nurture Him, we take the time and effort to care for Him. We stop looking to receive and start looking to provide for him. After all, He is the Object of our affection, right? We love what we focus on. Love God means obey God. If were not obeying Him, were not focusing, were not loving.
